Got questions? We've got answers

Can I withdraw Spent N credit?

No. Credit is issued after eligibility and can only be spent on in-app bookings β€” hotels, food, bus, train, catering and services. Refunds return to credit, never to a bank account or UPI payout.

How do I get a limit?

Create an account, complete the eligibility form, and wait for review. If approved, a credit grant appears in your wallet with allowed categories and an expiry. There is no score shown β€” only a limit you can spend.

What if a booking costs more than my balance?

Checkout applies your credit first, then you pay the difference in-app as copay. Partners are settled by Spent N. You never pull unused credit out of the product.

Which bookings can I make?

Hotels, food, bus tickets, train tickets, catering, and services such as photographers. All six share the same search, detail and checkout. Only the listing fields change.

What happens if I cancel?

When a booking is cancelled under the partner rules, captured credit is released back to your Spent N ledger. It is not sent to your bank.

Does unused credit expire?

Yes. Each grant has an expiry on the wallet. Spend it on eligible bookings before that date. Expired credit is closed. It is not paid out.

What if my application is rejected?

You will see a clear decision in the app. There is no hidden score. You can apply again later if your details change. Rejection does not create a balance.

How are hotels and vendors paid?

You book in Spent N. We hold or capture credit at checkout, then settle the partner in rupees after fulfillment. You never pay the partner from withdrawn credit.

Can I transfer credit to someone else?

No. The limit is tied to your account and the categories we approved. It cannot be sent to another member, a bank, or a UPI ID.

Is Spent N a loan or a cash wallet?

Neither. It is closed-loop credit for in-app bookings only. There is no cash-out, no EMI screen, and no withdraw path. Copay is the only extra you pay, inside the app.
